Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of personal injury/general liability experience.
• Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association (FL required).
• Ability to manage high volume of pre-litigated and litigation cases.

Responsibilities

• Handle pre-litigation and litigation cases.
• Draft and file litigation documents including pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses and prepare necessary documents.
• Attend and prepare for depositions and court appearances.
