Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its Ft. Myers/Naples practice. The attorney will handle motor vehicle accident cases in litigation, including trial prep and trial.

The ideal candidate holds a Florida law degree, is admitted to the Florida Bar, and can manage a high-volume docket while delivering excellent client service and strong writing and advocacy skills. Spanish speaking candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Ability to manage high volume of litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Spanish speaking attorney preferred.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of motor vehicle accident cases in litigation
• Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memorandum
• Guide clients through the case process
• Interaction with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits
• Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
