Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of personal injury / general liability experience.
• Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association (SC required).
• Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit and litigation cases.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day pre-litigation and litigation cases.
• Draft and file litigation documents including pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses and assist in depositions.
• Attend and prepare for hearings and court appearances.
