Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Pre-Suit Attorney for our Miami, FL office. This role offers exposure to Personal Injury practice, especially General Liability, with mentorship from seasoned attorneys.

You will lead pre-litigation work, draft and file documents, and guide clients through the case process, while coordinating a team of Case Managers to maintain high standards and KPIs. The position is full-time with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of personal injury experience.
• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Superior leadership and team management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work.
• Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents.
• Complete TD approval for liability issues.
• Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages.
• Manage the release approval process.
• Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers.
• Focus on Personal injury cases, primarily automotive.
• Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team.
• EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements.
