Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice in Ft. Myers or Naples. The attorney will handle motor vehicle accident cases in litigation, including trial prep and trial.

The role requires managing a high-volume docket, drafting and filing litigation documents, and guiding clients through the case process while coordinating with expert witnesses for depositions and hearings.

Qualifications

• JD required from an accredited law school.
• Active Florida Bar member in good standing.
• Ability to manage high-volume litigation dockets.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Spanish speaking a plus.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of motor vehicle accident cases in litigation.
• Drafting and filing of litigation documents including pleadings, discovery, motions, and memoranda.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Coordinate with expert witnesses; draft reports and affidavits.
• Attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
