Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; 4+ years IT experience.
• 2+ years PKI experience.
• Experience with public Certificate Authorities, specifically Digicert and Sectigo.

Responsibilities

• Manage issuance and lifecycle of public CA certificates.
• Register and manage domains and validation processes.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and respond to customer questions.
• Monitor PKI and certificate incident queues; resolve issues.
• Create, review, and implement PKI/certificate environment changes.
• Lead PKI/certificate DR exercises.
