Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of IT experience.
• At least 2 years of PKI experience.
• Experience with Public Certificate Authorities (e.g., Digicert, Sectigo).
• Enterprise PKI experience preferred.
• 2+ years UNIX experience preferred.
• ITIL knowledge preferred.
• AWS certification preferred.
• Scripting with Python or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage issuance and lifecycle of public CA certificates.
• Register and manage domains and validation processes.
• Troubleshoot PKI and certificate issues (high severity).
• Monitor PKI incident queues and resolve issues.
• Create, review, and implement changes in PKI environment.
• Lead disaster recovery exercises for PKI and certificates.
• Analyze, design, and implement PKI and security solutions.
• Translate business needs into workable technology solutions.
• Represent Crypto Services on global incident calls.
