Qualifications

• Senior PKI Security Engineer with expert PKI, certificates and encryption experience.
• Manage certificate lifecycles and PKI service improvements.
• Lead incident response and coordinate cross-team initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage issuance and lifecycle of public CA certificates.
• Register and manage domains and validation processes.
• Troubleshoot PKI and certificate issues.
• Monitor PKI and certificate incident queues and resolve issues across severities.
• Create, review, approve, and implement changes in PKI environment.
• Lead disaster recovery exercises for PKI/certificates.
• Analyze, design, and implement PKI/security solutions.
• Identify challenges and develop improvements.
• Analyze data trends for root-cause analysis and service enhancements.
• Perform capacity planning and performance monitoring for availability.
• Apply DevOps principles to workflows and automation.
• Lead or contribute to PKI/cert projects.
• Translate business needs into workable tech solutions.
• Represent Crypto Services on global incident management calls.
