Job summary

Qualifications

• It experience: at least 4 years in IT and 2+ years in PKI.
• Experience with public CAs such as Digicert and Sectigo.
• Knowledge of Digicert CertCentral preferred.
• ITIL principles knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage issuance and lifecycle of public CA certificates.
• Register and manage domains and validation processes.
• Troubleshoot PKI and certificate issues.
• Monitor PKI incident queues and resolve issues.
• Lead disaster recovery exercises for PKI and certificates.
• Translate business needs into workable technology solutions.
• Represent Crypto Services on global incident management calls.
