Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior PKI Security Engineer to support a remote, contract engagement. The role focuses on operating and improving a large enterprise PKI environment, managing certificates and encryption across distributed systems.

You will drive incident response, cross-team coordination, and PKI projects in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate has expert PKI experience, familiarity with public CAs such as Digicert/Sectigo, and a strong scripting/Unix background.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years IT experience with PKI focus.
• 2+ years PKI experience with public CAs.
• Experience with Digicert CertCentral is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage issuance and lifecycle of public CA certificates.
• Lead PKI incident response and cross-team initiatives.
• Monitor PKI operations and implement improvements.
• Translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Work ET hours; remote or onsite hybrid as needed.
