Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT experience.
• 2+ years PKI experience.
• Experience with public CAs such as Digicert and Sectigo.
• Familiarity with Digicert CertCentral preferred.
• ITIL knowledge preferred.
• Experience leading technical teams or projects preferred.
• AWS certification preferred.
• Python or scripting language experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage issuance and lifecycle of public CA certificates.
• Register and manage domains and validation processes.
• Troubleshoot PKI and certificate issues across environments.
• Lead disaster recovery exercises for PKI and certificates.
• Analyze data trends to drive root cause analysis and service improvements.
• Apply DevOps practices to daily workflows and automation.
