Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist on the kitchen line during operating hours to maintain high standards of efficiency and quality.
• Prepare pizza and related items in accordance with Avion Hospitality standard recipes.
• Maintain sanitation and cleaning schedules; keep storage areas neat and clean.
• Assist in training staff on kitchen equipment and procedures.
• Attend meetings as required by management and maintain flexible schedule including weekends.
