Job summary

ASM Global-SMG is seeking a Pizza Cook to prepare pizza in a fast-paced kitchen, under the supervision of the Executive Chef. This role carries no supervisory responsibilities and reports to the Executive Chef within the Food and Beverage department.

The position requires at least 6 months of pizza cook experience, 18+ years old, and a High School diploma or GED. You will follow recipes, label items, and maintain sanitary, organized work areas in a dynamic venue environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and graduated from High School or have GED.
• At least 6 months experience in a pizza cook position preparing pizza from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Maintains organized sanitary workstation at all times.
• Properly labels and dates food items for storage.
• Assists in any and all food preparation.
• Minimizes waste by controlling usage and following preset portioning.
• Follows approved recipes and production standards.
• Helps to maintain all Kitchen equipment and its cleanliness.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
