Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10–13 years of relevant experience or 14–17 years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead team members effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Heavy industrial direct hire construction experience in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Leadership / Supervision: supervise superintendents and craft professionals, coordinate schedules and activities.
• Planning / Productivity: determine workforce requirements and coordinate area operational plans.
• Tools, Materials & Equipment: oversee tool and equipment usage and ensure availability of materials.
• Safety & Quality: ensure design documents are current and work complies with specs and schedules.
• Technical: interpret engineering and vendor documents and work with subcontractors and craft professionals.
