Job summary

Bechtel is seeking an experienced construction supervisor for the Louisiana LNG project near Lake Charles. You will lead a team of superintendents and craft professionals, coordinate subcontractor activities, and ensure work aligns with project design, schedule, and budget.

The role requires handling heavy industrial construction and knowledge of LNG tank systems, including post-tensioning and insulation processes. This position supports a full-time site office/work location in Lake Charles, LA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5–8 years of relevant experience or 9–12 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of engineering/construction methods with emphasis on prestressed, reinforced LNG tanks and formwork systems.
• Knowledge of post-tensioning works (PTI Level-1/2 certification preferred).
• Knowledge of LNG tank construction sequence and associated insulation and liner works.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project team including superintendents and craft professionals.
• Direct craft activities, schedule work, and coordinate subcontractors.
• Ensure tools and equipment are available and used safely.
• Ensure construction operations comply with design documents, specifications, schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate engineering solutions with subcontractors and field teams.
