Legacy Placement Partners is seeking a Piping Superintendent for a leading commercial mechanical contractor in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will lead field crews installing cooling, heating, condenser, refrigerant, condensate, and steam piping, turning project requirements into actionable field plans.

You will develop crews, coordinate safety, timeliness, and quality, and work closely with project management, general contractors, and inspectors to ensure flawless installations on active

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial mechanical piping construction experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead crews and plan labor, materials, and installation activities.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical drawings, specifications, codes, testing requirements, and quality standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead piping crews and establish expectations for safety, quality, productivity, and accountability.
• Develop work plans using drawings, schedules, labor budgets, material availability, and jobsite conditions.
• Plan manpower, tools, equipment, prefabrication, deliveries, and work areas.
• Review project documents, identify constructability issues and scope gaps, and communicate questions before they affect installation.
• Coordinate sequencing and access with project management, general contractors, other trades, vendors, inspectors, and commissioning teams.
• Verify installations meet drawings, specifications, codes, approved submittals, and quality standards.
• Track installed quantities, labor performance, schedule progress, material needs, and field constraints.
• Coach employees, assign work, recognize strong performance, and address concerns with management.
• Lead pre-task planning, job hazard analysis, toolbox talks, housekeeping, and incident prevention.
