Job summary

Legacy Placement Partners is recruiting a Sheet Metal Superintendent for a well-established commercial mechanical contractor in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This hands-on field leader will oversee sheet metal and ductwork on commercial HVAC projects.

You’ll manage foremen and installers, coordinate with other trades, and plan manpower, ensuring drawings are read accurately and projects stay on track on $2M–$8M+ jobs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading commercial HVAC sheet metal projects.
• Strong ductwork and sheet metal installation experience.
• Experience managing foremen, installers, and multiple crews.
• Ability to plan manpower, read drawings, and coordinate with other trades.

We’re looking for a hands‑on field leader with:

• 5+ years leading commercial HVAC sheet metal projects
• Strong ductwork and sheet metal installation experience

• Ability to plan manpower, read drawings, and coordinate with other trades

Experience on $2M–$8M+ commercial mechanical projects is preferred.
