Job summary

DynaTen Corporation, a Comfort Systems USA Company, seeks a Sr. Superintendent to lead multiple large project teams responsible for the installation of commercial HVAC, plumbing, piping, and related mechanical systems in North Texas.

You will translate project requirements into executable work plans and develop field talent under the General Superintendent. You will coordinate with project partners, ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery, and drive continuous improvement while mentoring

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of commercial mechanical construction experience with progressively responsible field leadership.
• Ability to plan labor, read project schedules, and lead safe, productive installation work.
• Strong knowledge of drawings, specifications, codes, testing requirements, and quality standards.
• Ability to use mobile devices and standard construction software for drawings, reporting, time, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple large project teams performing HVAC, plumbing, piping, and related mechanical work and establish clear safety, quality, productivity, and conduct expectations.
• Build and communicate portfolio work plans using drawings, schedules, coordination information, labor budgets, material status, and site constraints.
• Plan manpower, tools, equipment, access, prefabrication, deliveries, and work areas to support reliable production.
• Review project documents, identify constructability issues and scope gaps, and escalate RFIs before they affect the work.
• Coordinate sequencing and access with project management, general contractors, other trades, vendors, inspectors, and commissioning teams.
• Verify installations against drawings, specifications, codes, approved submittals, and quality checklists; drive timely correction of deficiencies.
