Job summary

Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC in Southern California seeks a seasoned Commercial Piping Estimator to lead bid efforts and ensure competitive, accurate takeoffs. This permanent, full-time role offers a strong salary and benefits.

You will report to the Estimating leadership, coordinate with HVAC-Plumbing divisions, and interface with owners and subcontractors to finalize bids. 8+ years of experience and proficiency with OST Estimating software are required; Trimble Accubid or QuickPen

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Commercial Piping Estimating experience.
• OST Estimating software knowledge (Trimble Accubid/QuickPen preferred).
