Qualifications

• 8+ years of Commercial Piping Estimating experience.
• OST Estimating software knowledge (Trimble Accubid/QuickPen preferred).

Responsibilities

• Report to Chief/VP of Estimating
• Ensure accurate materials and labor costs
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers for best pricing of materials for upcoming projects
• Coordinate with HVAC-Plumbing Divisions on final bids
• Communicate with Building Owners and Subs to discuss upcoming bids
