Job summary

AtkinsRéalis seeks a Senior Piping Engineer to join our team in a fully remote capacity, aligned with Oak Ridge, TN. You will design, analyze, and implement piping systems for nuclear and commercial projects.

Responsibilities include creating detailed drawings, P&IDs, 3D models; performing stress analyses; specifying materials and supports; and mentoring junior staff within multidisciplinary teams. Nuclear experience and CAD like SolidWorks preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• PE license is preferred for senior level roles.
• Master's degree is preferred for advanced opportunities.
• Experience in nuclear or heavy industries is desired.

Responsibilities

• Design, layout, installation, and maintenance of piping systems and supports.
• Create detailed drawings, P&IDs, and 3D models for piping layouts.
• Perform stress analyses using industry software to ensure safety and compliance.
• Review technical documents and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
