AtkinsRéalis US Commercial Nuclear is seeking an Engineering I&C Manager Energy - Remote. This role provides leadership for I&C and electrical design across nuclear facilities nationwide, operating from Oak Ridge, TN with remote capabilities.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, set technical direction, and ensure designs meet safety, quality, and schedule goals, while interfacing with clients and regulators in a challenging environment.

Qualificações

• Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 15 years of direct nuclear design, engineering and construction experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills in a multi-tiered environment.
• Expert knowledge of design codes and standards for commercial nuclear facilities.
• PE license with multi-jurisdiction eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Leads functional teams for I&C and electrical engineering projects.
• Provides technical direction and input to project managers and staff.
• Represents technical work to clients and regulators.
• Coordinates staffing needs and recruitment for specialty areas.
• Develops strategies for high-risk, complex initiatives.
