Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Principal Power Uprate Piping Engineer to lead complex projects and mentor staff. You will guide analysis, design, and evaluation of piping systems for nuclear facilities, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, prepare technical reports, and communicate findings to clients and project teams, helping advance safe nuclear uprates nationwide.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical or civil engineering from an accredited university.
10+ years of experience in piping design, pipe stress analysis, and nuclear power design engineering.
Experience with power uprates strongly preferred.
US Citizenship required.
Ability to mentor junior engineers and lead technical execution.

Responsibilities

Lead pipe stress analysis and pipe support design for nuclear and non-nuclear projects.
Prepare engineering documentation and analyses in accordance with codes and standards.
Review and sign-off piping isometrics for flexibility and support.
Coordinate with Civil/Structural groups and other disciplines.
Communicate findings to project teams and clients; support regulatory compliance.
