Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc. seeks a Principal Power Uprate Piping Engineer to lead complex nuclear piping projects, mentor junior staff, and drive safe, reliable uprate implementations across the country.

You will perform pipe stress analysis and support design, evaluate proposed modifications, prepare technical reports and calculations, and coordinate with Civil/Structural teams to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements for client facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or civil engineering.
• 10+ years in piping design and nuclear power design engineering.
• Experience with power uprates strongly preferred.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and lead technical execution.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Pipe stress analysis & pipe support design for nuclear and non-nuclear projects.
• Prepare engineering documents, calculations, and analyses per codes and standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry codes and regulatory requirements.
• Provide peer reviews of engineering designs and documentation.
• Collaborate with clients and disciplines to ensure design compatibility.
