Qualifications

• Strong communication in English; Portuguese/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide live inbound technical support for Pipeline Simulation products.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and reproduce customer problems.
• Document defects and workarounds in tracking tools with reproduce steps.
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer to junior engineers.
• Travel 5–15% for customer sites or training as needed.
