Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Pipeline & Revenue Planning Lead to own forecasting and targets across ASP Specialists and Partners.

You will design end-to-end processes from data architecture to model design, ensuring data-driven targets and actionable guidance for field teams. The role emphasizes translating business signals into forward-looking metrics, blending quantitative rigor with strategic judgment in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

7+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or business planning with pipeline forecasting.
Experience owning forecasting models combining quantitative methods with business judgment.
Cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Data/BI.
Experience with AI-enabled automation in operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own quarterly pipeline forecasting and target-setting for AWS Specialists and Partners.
Build revenue-to-pipeline bridge linking bookings, revenue, and pipeline.
Coordinate with ASP Ops, SMGS Ops, and Finance to govern scalable forecasting.
Lead planning readiness for new partner revenue metrics with cross-functional teams.
Identify forecast divergences, diagnose root causes, and advise leadership.
Translate analysis into actionable recommendations for ASP leadership.
