Job summary

HDR currently has an opening for an Industrial Project Manager to join our Industrial, Oil, Gas and Chemicals team in PA, WV, OH, and DE. The role leads large pipeline projects from concept through commissioning, with emphasis on engineering, permitting, regulatory compliance, and client engagement.

The ideal candidate has deep oil & gas experience in pipeline design/execution under 49 CFR Part 192, plus strong leadership and BD potential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
7+ years related experience including a minimum 2 years in project management.
MS Office and MS Project proficiency required.

Responsibilities

Lead large, multi-discipline pipeline projects from concept through commissioning.
Oversee scope, schedule, budget, risk management, and quality assurance.
Coordinate internal engineering teams and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with 49 CFR Part 192 and applicable regulations.
Serve as primary client interface and manage relationships.
Support proposal development, pricing strategies and pursuit planning.
Identify new opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
