Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; PE license recognized by the licensing board for the position location.
• 7+ years of related experience including at least 2 years in project management.
• Demonstrated leadership and active participation in employee-owned culture.
• Strong knowledge of pipeline regulatory requirements: 49 CFR Part 192/195 and related regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project; familiarity with scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, multi-discipline pipeline projects from concept through commissioning.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality across projects.
• Coordinate internal engineering teams and external stakeholders.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met.
• Support business development and client relationship building.
• Prepare and present project updates to clients and leadership.
