Job summary

HDR is seeking an Industrial Project Manager to lead large pipeline projects in the PA, OH, WV, and DE region. You will manage engineering, permitting, and regulatory compliance, guiding teams through complex deliverables while maintaining strong client engagement.

Requires deep oil and gas pipeline experience, PMP or PE license, and hands-on use of scheduling tools. Role is full-time with on-site responsibilities and potential travel across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required or recognized.
• 7+ years related experience including 2+ years in project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, multi-discipline pipeline projects from concept through commissioning.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, risk, and QA.
• Coordinate internal engineering teams and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with 49 CFR Part 192 and other regs.
• Build and maintain client relationships and provide updates.
