Job summary

HDR is seeking an Industrial Project Manager to lead and grow a New England-based team of engineers and designers. The role focuses on client relationship building, winning and delivering engineering/consulting projects, and mentoring staff across a range of industrial clients.

The position requires a PE license and PMP certification, with preference for local candidates and a strong track record in the oil, gas, and chemicals sectors. Full-time, on-site in the New England region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of related experience.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams through the project lifecycle.
• Establish and maintain client relations, and participate in marketing, contractual, design and production meetings.
• Coordinate staffing and workload through the project lifecycle and ensure deliverables meet schedule.
