Job summary

HDR is seeking a Project Manager – Pipeline/Pump Station to join our Dallas, TX office. You will lead multi-discipline teams, manage client relationships, and steward projects from development through close-out.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Engineering, 7+ years of design/PM experience in water/wastewater, a PE license, and proficiency with MS Office and MS Project. This full-time role supports HDR's employee-owned culture and collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• PE license preferred.
• 7+ years related experience.
• 2+ years project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships with focus on pump station and pipeline projects.
• Direct and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across the project lifecycle.
• Track financials and ensure projects stay within budget and schedule.
• Lead deliverable development and QA/QC activities with stakeholders.
