Job summary

Stantec seeks a technically skilled environmental permitting professional to lead midstream pipeline and energy transition projects. The candidate will coordinate with diverse teams across the Gulf region and manage complex regulatory submissions for FERC-regulated projects.

The role emphasizes strong communication with clients, regulators, and project teams, with opportunities to support multiple offices nationwide and contribute to a broad range of environmental services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Environmental Science or related field.
• 7+ years in a similar role managing permitting projects.
• 5+ years experience preparing/managing FERC permit applications and agency coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and project management for oil & gas midstream permitting projects and energy transition projects.
• Manage permit applications and agency coordination for Threatened and Endangered Species, 404/10, CZMA, and Section 106.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and support proposal development.
