Merjent, Inc. is seeking Senior Project Managers with a track record in oil and gas infrastructure projects. You will lead multi-component projects requiring federal, state, and local permitting (USACE, FERC, USFWS, SHPO). This is a full-time role with benefits, ideal for candidates nationwide, with a preference for Louisiana.

The position offers a competitive salary and bonus eligibility, with travel up to 0–20% and opportunities to grow within a collaborative, national team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a natural resource/environmental field required.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience with permitting processes through USACE, FERC, USFWS, SHPO or other agencies.
• A minimum of 5 years of project management/deputy PM experience preferred.
• Knowledge in environmental law, planning, archaeology/anthropology, hydrology, biology or related fields is a plus.
• Excellent oral communication and technical writing skills.
• Willing to travel domestically (0-20%).

Responsabilités

• Serve as the Project Manager or Deputy Project Manager for pipeline sector projects of varying size and complexity.
• Collaborate with Pipeline Sector PMs to build and manage project teams.
• Manage budget, schedule and risk using standard PM processes and tools.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Support leadership in staffing, mentoring and professional development.
• Review deliverables to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
• Participate in proposals and marketing for Pipeline Sector projects.
