Job summary

Merjent, Inc. is seeking Senior Project Managers with demonstrated success in the oil and gas industry to lead pipeline sector projects and manage multi-component teams. This role requires federal, state, and local permitting knowledge across energy infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a natural resource/environmental field is required.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience or familiarity with permitting processes through USACE, FERC, USFWS, or other agencies; pipeline industry preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to work under pressure and manage teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Manager or Deputy PM for pipeline sector projects of varying size and complexity.
• Collaborate with other Pipeline Sector Project Managers to build and manage project teams.
• Manage budget, schedule, and risk using standard PM processes and tools.
• Build strong client relationships and drive professional development within the team.
• Contribute to proposals and marketing activities for Pipeline Sector projects.
