The role requires deep knowledge of permitting processes and strong leadership across project teams. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of permitting and regulatory experience, 5+ years in PM roles, excellent written skills, and the ability to travel 0–20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a natural resource or environmental field is required.
• 10+ years of experience with permitting processes (USACE, FERC, USFWS or equivalent).
• 5+ years in project management or deputy PM roles preferred.
• Excellent oral communication and technical writing skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically (0-20%).

Responsibilities

• Lead or deputy project manager for pipeline sector projects.
• Coordinate with multiple PMs to build project teams.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and risks using standard PM methods.
• Maintain strong client relationships and oversee deliverables.
• Support proposal development and pipeline project marketing.
