Job summary

Paslin, a leader in vertical manufacturing and automation, seeks a Pipe & Wire Supervisor to lead layout, installation and modification of electrical wiring and pneumatic/hydraulic piping for advanced manufacturing systems. You’ll oversee system-level planning and coordinate procurement with the Plant Manager and Supply Chain.

You’ll supervise electricians, pipefitters and contractors, develop procedures, troubleshoot complex systems, and drive safety, quality and on-time project execution

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Senior Pipefitter or Senior Electrician.
• 3+ years in a supervisor or team-leader role.
• Experience integrating automated assembly systems; mechanical and electrical build knowledge.
• Weld systems knowledge is a plus.
• Background in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and quality systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead layout, installation, and modification of electrical wiring and piping for advanced manufacturing systems.
• Supervise electricians, pipefitters, and contractors to ensure safety, quality and on-time completion.
• Oversee system-level planning, component lists, and material procurement with Plant Manager and Supply Chain.
• Develop procedures and troubleshoot complex systems to maintain performance.
• Coordinate travel to multiple Paslin sites as needed.
