Job summary
Paslin, a leader in engineering excellence and automation, is seeking an Electrical Supervisor for its Integration team in Warren, MI. You will lead layout, installation, and modification of electrical and communication systems for advanced manufacturing equipment, supervising electricians and contractors to meet safety, quality, and schedule goals.

Qualifications
- 3+ years leading and supervising electricians or similar professionals.
- Electrical Journeyman's card or technical certification preferred.
- Background in integration of automated assembly systems and high/low voltage knowledge.
- Expertise in lean manufacturing and quality systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead layout, installation, and modification of electrical and communication systems for advanced manufacturing equipment.
- Supervise in-house electricians and contract personnel to meet safety, quality, and timeline goals.
- Coordinate resources with Plant Manager and Supply Chain to define components and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure projects stay on track and adhere to safety and regulatory requirements.
