We’re looking for an experienced Pipe & Wire Supervisor for our Machine Tool Integration team to lead the layout, installation, and modification of electrical wiring and pneumatic/hydraulic piping for advanced manufacturing systems. In this critical role, you’ll oversee system-level planning, establish component lists, and coordinate material procurement with the Plant Manager and Supply Chain. You’ll supervise electricians, pipefitters, and contractors, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. From troubleshooting complex systems to managing manpower and developing procedures, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things electrical and fluid power.

This position operates in both an office and a shop/plant environment, may be required to work at multiple facilities depending on workload.
Regularly works on-site at local Paslin location, either Hoover, 10-Mile or Cherry Creek. Must be flexible to work at any of these three locations as needed for an extended period of time. Typical work schedule for this role is 6am-230pm, Monday to Friday. During critical phases of the project, work hours may flex up to 12 hours per day. This position is for regular, full-time work and may require coming in early, working late, or working on weekends to meet the needs of the business.
The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, and twist. Occasionally required to lift/push/pull up to 25lbs. This is a safety sensitive role, which includes working around moving equipment and machinery.
This position is part of the site leadership team and will have direct reports.
This position requires flexibility to report to multiple Paslin sites. During an installation project this role will require overnight travel to customer sites for periods of up to 12 days at a time. Must have reliable transportation for local travel and be able to travel to sites in USA, Canada and Mexico.
