Job summary

Paslin in Warren, MI seeks an Electrical Supervisor for the Integration team to lead layout, installation and modification of electrical and communication systems on advanced manufacturing equipment.

You will supervise in-house electricians and contractors, coordinate with Plant Manager and Supply Chain, and be ready for long hours and travel to multiple sites in the US, Canada and Mexico to ensure safety, quality and schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading and supervising electricians or similar skilled professionals.
• Extensive knowledge of high voltage, low voltage and communication in a manufacturing environment.
• Background in integration of automated assembly systems and lean manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead layout, installation and modification of electrical systems.
• Oversee in-house electricians and contractors to meet safety and timeline goals.
• Coordinate with Plant Manager and Supply Chain to define electrical components and optimize resources.
