Job summary

Paslin is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead the Integration team in the layout, installation, and modification of electrical and communication systems for advanced manufacturing equipment.

You will supervise both in-house electricians and contract personnel, coordinating with the Plant Manager and Supply Chain to define components, allocate resources, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery across multi-site projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading and supervising electricians or similar skilled professionals.
• Electrical Journeyman’s card or Technical Certification preferred with knowledge of high/low voltage in manufacturing.
• Experience integrating automated assembly systems with mechanical and electrical build requirements.
• Lean manufacturing, process improvement and quality systems experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all electrical activities from planning to troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment.
• Supervise in-house electricians and contract personnel to meet safety and quality goals.
• Define electrical components, manage resources, and coordinate material planning.
• Drive continuous improvement across the electrical department with Lean practices.
