Job summary

Paslin in Michigan is seeking an experienced Pipe & Wire Leader to supervise the layout, installation, and modification of automated mechanical systems for our machine tool integration and installation team.

You will support Pipefitters with leadership, training and daily assignments while ensuring safety, quality, and lean manufacturing practices across assignments at Hoover, 10-Mile, or Cherry Creek locations. Travel to customer sites in USA, Canada, and Mexico as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Senior Pipefitter, Journeyman’s card or Technical Certification preferred.
• 3+ years as a supervisor or team leader is preferred.
• Background in integration of automated assembly systems with knowledge of mechanical and electrical build requirements. Weld systems knowledge is a plus.
• Expertise in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and quality systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
