Job summary

The Paslin Company seeks a Pipe & Wire Supervisor to lead electrical wiring and hydraulic/pneumatic piping integration for our machine tool projects. You’ll oversee layout, procurement planning, and system-level coordination with the Plant Manager and Supply Chain.

You’ll supervise electricians, pipefitters, and contractors, driving safety, schedule discipline, and quality across multiple sites, with travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Senior Pipefitter or Senior Electrician; Journeyman’s card or Technical Certification preferred.
• 3+ years as a supervisor or team leader.
• Experience integrating automated assembly systems; knowledge of mechanical and electrical build requirements.
• Lean manufacturing and quality systems experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead layout, installation, and modification of electrical wiring and pneumatic/hydraulic piping for advanced manufacturing systems.
• Supervise electricians, pipefitters, and contractors; ensure safety, efficiency, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate material procurement with Plant Manager and Supply Chain; establish component lists.
• Oversee system-level planning and troubleshooting; drive process improvements and lean initiatives.
• Travel to multiple Paslin sites and customer locations as projects require.
