Job summary

Turner Mining Group is seeking a Pipe Supervisor to oversee and coordinate pipe and utility installation activities ensuring safety, quality, and profitability. You will supervise crews, equipment, and subcontractors while maintaining customer satisfaction and project profitability.

Responsibilities include training and guiding pipe crews, enforcing safety policies, reviewing blueprints and contracts, and planning efficient execution of projects with attention to costs and productivity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years pipe/utility installation experience.
• 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Ability to read/interpret blueprints and contracts.
• Strong math skills for grades, volumes, tonnage.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pipe and utility installation activities; coordinate crews and subcontractors.
• Promote safety policies; conduct orientations; report incidents; maintain first aid readiness.
