Qualifications

• 5+ years in underground utility pipe laying; 2+ years leading crews.
• Proficient in reading civil blueprints and interpreting plans.
• Experience with utility testing (air, mandrel, or pressure).
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coordinate a crew to meet production goals safely.
• Read civil plans to establish lines and grades with pipe lasers and GPS.
• Oversee deep underground utility installations and field testing.
• Support backfill and material handling; operate small loaders as needed.
• Maintain OSHA trench safety and daily production logs.
