Job summary

Turner Mining Group is seeking a Pipe Supervisor to oversee all pipe and utility installation activities in Bowmansville, PA. You will supervise crews, equipment, and subcontractors while maintaining safety, quality, and profitability.

Responsibilities include reviewing blueprints and contracts, planning scheduling, monitoring costs and progress, and maintaining positive client relations with municipalities and neighbors. A strong focus on safety and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years pipe/utility installation experience required.
• 2+ years supervisory experience required.
• Read and interpret blueprints and contracts.
• Strong math skills including grades, volumes and tonnage.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate pipe and utility installation activities.
• Supervise pipe crews, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Promote safety policies and ensure compliance.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress and budgets.
• Review blueprints, contracts, and specifications.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and profitability.
