Job summary

Hargrove is seeking an experienced mechanical engineer to design piping systems and provide field support on industrial projects. You will perform stress analysis, prepare calculations, and develop construction specifications under supervision.

Ideal candidates hold a BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering with 3+ years of relevant experience, familiarity with codes, drafting standards, and strong communication. On-site role with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Professional Engineering registration is highly preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant industrial mechanical engineering experience.
• Knowledge of piping materials and design standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete mechanical designs under general supervision.
• Develop conceptual layouts, calculations, and drawings for construction.
• Review vendor drawings for mechanical input and conformance.
• Provide technical guidance to drafting and junior engineers.
