Job summary

Hargrove Engineers + Constructors seeks a senior mechanical engineer to perform complete designs of complex systems and provide field support during startup. You will develop layouts, perform stress analysis, review vendor drawings, and lead small teams to deliver in line with project scope and schedule.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, 10+ years of relevant experience, and PE registration is highly preferred. Proficiency in CAD and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer is highly preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant industrial experience in mechanical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design complete mechanical engineering solutions for complex projects.
• Develop conceptual layouts and cost studies for efficient approaches.
• Produce detail design calculations and sketches for construction.
• Review vendor and discipline drawings for mechanical input.
• Provide field support during startup and construction.
• Lead small teams to deliver on commitments.
