Job summary

Cyderes is seeking an experienced Senior IT Support Analyst to administer PingFederate, support SSO and identity federation for enterprise apps. The role includes production support, on-call rotation, and 3-month fixed term contract with possible extension.

You will collaborate with IAM, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure stability and security of identity services, upgrade platforms, and maintain docs.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of IT application support, IAM or enterprise authentication.
• Hands-on PingFederate administration and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and enterprise SSO.
• Experience with PingFederate federation connections and policies.
• Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux, AD, LDAP, and Entra ID.
• Experience with JSON, PowerShell, Git, and regex.
• Proven production support and incident management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Experience with PingAccess/Directory/One and high-availability setups.
• Knowledge of PKI, certificates, encryption, networking, security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot PingFederate in production.
• Support SSO and identity federation using SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
• Configure PingFederate IdP/SP connections, policies, and integrations.
• Support AD/LDAP integrations and enterprise applications.
• Investigate authentication failures, token and certificate issues, outages.
• Provide Level 2/3 production support and incident management.
• Perform platform upgrades, patches, and health monitoring.
• Collaborate with IAM, security, and infra teams to improve performance.
• Maintain technical docs and support DR and change management.
