Job summary

ŌURA is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst, Enterprise Planning to own the Pigment platform, manage model configurations across FP&A and Supply Chain, and drive data integration with NetSuite, Databricks, and S3. You will lead the Change Control Board, translate business needs into model improvements, and enable user adoption with training materials.

The role collaborates with FP&A, Supply Chain, and IT leadership, emphasizing a strong finance systems background and hands-on Pigment

Qualifications

• 7+ years in finance systems, FP&A tech, or related roles.
• 2+ years directly administering or modeling in Pigment, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive, Planful, or equivalent.
• Hands-on Pigment model-building and admin experience preferred.
• Solid FP&A processes knowledge: budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, 3-statement modeling.
• Familiarity with S&OP and supply chain planning concepts.
• Data integration pattern knowledge: API, ETL, and data warehouse connections.
• Experience with ERP sources for planning tools (e.g., NetSuite).
• Understanding RBAC and audit trails in SOX-relevant contexts.
• Strong doc discipline in Confluence/Jira/Miro.

Responsibilities

• Own the Pigment platform administration, user provisioning, RBAC, and access reviews.
• Configure and evolve Pigment models across FP&A and Supply Chain modules.
• Coordinate data pipelines between NetSuite, Databricks, Fivetran, S3, and Pigment.
• Lead Pigment Change Control Board for Tier 2/3 changes and maintain audit trails.
• Translate business requirements into model enhancements and sign-off sessions.
• Develop training paths and runbooks to drive end-user adoption.
• Stay current on Pigment roadmap and advocate for enhancements including AI features.
