ŌURA is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst, Enterprise Planning to own and advance the Pigment planning platform. You will partner with FP&A, Supply Chain, IT, and Architecture to deliver robust planning models and data pipelines. The role blends finance, ops, and tech in a hands-on leadership capacity.

You will drive model design, governance, UAT support, and end-user enablement while staying aligned with SOX controls and enterprise standards. This is a high-impact Seattle-area role.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer Pigment platform, including RBAC, SSO/SCIM, and access reviews.
• Configure and evolve Pigment models across FP&A and Supply Chain modules.
• Coordinate data pipelines between NetSuite, Databricks/Fivetran, S3 and Pigment; maintain data dictionaries.
• Lead Pigment Change Control Board for Tier 2/3 changes and maintain SOX-compliant audit trails.
• Translate evolving planning requirements into model enhancements; support UAT across modules.
• Develop training materials and runbooks; drive end-user adoption and self-service.
